Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear & tear
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Returns requested after the return window has closed
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

Replacement
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
